Our Midweek Fellowship at the church will resume, Wednesday nights at 6 PM, April 23rd. Up next we’ll be looking at Q/A #30 from the New City Catechism. There will be snacks, discussion, and prayer.
Each week we read a question and answer from the catechism that introduces a topic about God, redemption, faith, or the like, and a Scripture that addresses that topic. We will also read brief commentary on that passage or topic, both historic and contemporary. These readings will be the basis for our discussion. This is family friendly and both young and old are encouraged to participate. Be prepared to participate in a craft or activity that gets everyone involved.
Please join us for a time of learning about and encouraging our faith. If you would like to participate, we have a book for you. We encourage you to read the short section (2-3 pages) for the week before meeting, but we will also read together, so anyone dropping in will be able to participate profitably.
